After working in the Design field for many years it became evident to Interior Decorator and Certified Redesigner Jamye Barnes that many people have the desire to learn Interior Decorating, but not the financial means or know how. In response to this void and several request to teach, Jamye has created affordable and informational workshops and classes for the decorating novice.

DEBT FREE DECORATING WORKSHOP

Interior Redesign is the artful rearrangement of furniture, artwork and accessories resulting in a new look at little to no cost all done in one full day or less! If your interested in the possibility of a Interior Redesign career or simply want to Redesign your own home Our DEBT FREE DECORATING intensive one day hands-on workshop is ideal for you. During the first half of the day We will explore the 8 Steps to a Redesign, Tools and Tips, Business Info and more. During the second half of the day we will take a field trip to a clients home where you will put your knowledge to use by performing a actual Redesign! This class includes: Continental Breakfast and snacks, Tools for the Trade, Certificate of Completion.

BEYOND BEIGE CLASS

Color can be the most affordable and effective way to change the mood of a space yet for many people it’s the most confusing and daunting task. In our exciting Beyond Beige class we will demystify the process and teach you how to properly use color in fabrics, paints and finishes, we will also guide you through an array of color samples and paint chips. We encourage you to bring pics of your “color challenged” rooms. This two hour class includes refreshments and a fan deck for you to keep .

STAGED & STYLED CLASS

Are you a Realtor or Homeowner trying to sell a occupied or vacant home in this crowded realestate market? The Staged and Styled class is packed full of information, proven staging techniques, resources and tips that will teach you how to present a home at its full potential resulting in the Sell of the home! This class includes a Staging Checklist.

FABUless FINDS CLASS

Fastened your seatbelts and take a ride with Pink Pineapple as we shop hop our neighboring businesses in Historic Avondale Estates including antique markets, a furniture consignment store and a floral design shop for inspiration, ideas and bargains! This class includes a $5 gift certificate toward one of the visiting shops.

Classes are held in our charming Interior Design Studio overlooking Historic Downtown Avondale Estates near Decatur, Georgia. We are nestled upstairs between two prestigious interior design firms, a bakery and even a consignment boutique!

Classes are held every 2nd Tuesday and 3rd Saturday of the month.
